It’s a vicious circle of dieting, overeating, putting more weight on, feeling guilty and then starting yet another diet, telling yourself, ‘this time I will do it! There’s just one problem with most conventional diets…. they don’t work on a permanent basis! They rely purely on your desire and ‘will power’ to want to look and feel good, but unfortunately, that tends to be ineffective in the medium to long term and you end up once again in that all to familiar yoyo trap.
Permanent and healthy weight loss comes with truly understanding and coming to terms with the underlying issues, i.e. the issues that without you realising it, make you eat too much. Sometimes we know what these issues are, even if we don’t like to think about them. For example, they can be caused by an unsatisfactory relationship, job, belief in the way you think you look or how you believe other people see you. It could also be caused by low self esteem, a trauma that has happened to you at some point in your life or ill health, or it could just be that you are totally bored and fed up with ‘life’. Sometimes the underlying issue(s) will be affecting your life even though you may be completely unaware of it at a conscious level.
Using extremely effective therapeutic tools, and with 10 years of practice experience, I can help you identify and resolve these underlying causes. Where that’s not possible, I can still help you learn to release your issues emotionally. In turn, we can then help you let go of your old beliefs and bad habits around food, diet and your weight, further reinforcing new positive beliefs in their place with the use of clinical hypnosis. This is far more likely to give you the lasting results you are looking for and will be quite literally a weight off your body as well as your mind.
If you have tried conventional diets before and ended up feeling like a failure because it didn’t work for you, STOP right there. You now understand this was not your fault. However, if you continue to do what you’ve done before, then you can only expect the same results. Put another way, if you are digging in the wrong direction, digging even harder isn’t going to help you. Stop digging and try another direction.
