I also use EMDR (eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing) – a technique, which produces the most amazing results, particularly with phobias and post traumatic stress disorders.
I am able to help you desensitise the negative emotions you have about your phobia and gain a totally different perspective of them. Phobias may be irrational thought processes, but they can happen to any of us and when those feelings strike, they are ‘very’ real.
